So you want to join the SMU family? This is what you've got to do:
1-Read and familiarize yourself with the site rule first thing.
2-Copy and Paste the proper form into a new thread, and of course fill it out
3- In the title of your thread, make sure to include 'Faculty App.' or 'Student App' as it applies.
4- You can only join 1st and 2nd years. Note: If you join 2nd year you'll be expected to declare your Major field of study at the end of the year.
5- In the interest of realism your character can be any age of 18. Bear in mind, however that older students will have had a gap between primary school and attending SMU
6- Put some thought into your character. They will be your presence on the site for as long as you stay with us. And also please use completely sentences when filling out the background and personality of your character.
7- ROOMMATES! That's right, you'll get one. The dorms are co-ed but the rooms are -not-! Unless you specifically request another player to room with, or have requested one of our singles(limited in number), you will be paired with someone at random. Enjoy! [roommate problems can be addressed to JoAnne Epstein in the office of Student Affairs]
